SHAMOKIN DAM — Route 15 has reopened in both directions this afternoon, more than 10 hours after the road was shut down following a truck crash.
The crash occurred around 2:15 a.m. just north of the Route 11/15 split. PennDOT closed Route 15 in both directions in Snyder County due to the crash involving low-hanging utility lines. It opened around 1:15 p.m.
