Central Pa. man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting, killing neighbor who feared him

LANCASTER — A registered sex offender admitted in court on Monday to breaking into his downstairs neighbor’s Lancaster County apartment, sexually assaulting and strangling her to death in 2021, prosecutors said.
