Sunbury attempted homicide suspects' attorneys ask for dismissal of charges after day 1 of trial

SUNBURY — A Northumberland County judge is set to rule on whether charges of attempted homicide and other felony counts should be tossed after the two defendants’ attorneys made the request following day one of their trial on Tuesday.
