LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced a paving project will begin in Lycoming County.
PennDOT says on Sunday, August 25, through Friday, August 30, a paving crew will be paving and milling Fourth Street between Hillside Avenue in Williamsport and Route 220 in Woodward Township.

Drivers can expect single-lane conditions with flagging where work is being done and, weather permitting, will be performed between 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., according to PennDOT.
PennDOT advises drivers to be alert, slow down, and drive with caution through the work zone.
