HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Residents of a Luzerne County apartment complex near Hazleton say they are having problems associated with a nearby homeless camp.
They say the people in the camp are stealing from their properties and causing disturbances, mainly at night.
They called the I-Team for help, claiming their concerns were not being addressed by local officials.
The homeless camp is located in the woods right across the street near the Hazlewood Apartments, just north of the city of Hazleton.
EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — A man wanted for a deadly stabbing in Wilkes-Barre has been arrested in Maine Monday.
According to the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office in Maine, on Monday, August 26 around 10:30 p.m. the county jail admitted a new arrest from the Dexter Police Department.
The man, Justice Flenory, 23, of Exeter, Maine, was taken to the jail for alleged drug offenses. During the booking process, officers said they noticed "unusual behavior" from Flenory.
SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A Lackawanna County man has been charged with sexually assaulting three children.
According to court documents, 81-year-old Edward C. Ohara is facing charges for the alleged sexual assault of three children between the ages of six to nine.

The affidavit states during the interview with Ohara he admitted to performing sexual acts on all three victims.
