STATE COLLEGE — The remnants of Beryl, the storm that started as a low pressure center off the northeastern coast of Brazil on June 27 before exploding into a Category 5 hurricane in the heart of the Caribbean on July 1, will continue to make news across the Northeast on Wednesday.
