HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) - This week U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D) and Republican challenger Dave McCormick appeared in their first debate in Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate race.
Casey and McCormick have agreed to two debates before the November 5 election, giving voters an opportunity to learn more about the candidates and where they stand on important issues.

The October 3 debatewas held at the abc27 studio in Harrisburg with abc27 anchor Dennis Owens moderating.
Eligible Pennsylvania residents have until October 21 to register to vote in November's election.
