STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) – A Pennsylvania man has been arrested on drug charges after officials say he had meth and cocaine on him during a traffic stop in Chemung County.
Jason R. Yahn, 42, of Linden, was arrested on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree (class B felony) and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (class D felony), as stated in a release from the Chemung County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say Yahn was arrested on the charges after a traffic stop on a motorcycle on Tuesday, April 29, for various vehicle and traffic violations, including driving without a helmet.
After further investigation, officials say they found that Yahn had a quantity of meth and cocaine, as well as individual packaging materials, a scale, cell phones and a large amount of cash on him. Officials further state that the Chemung County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division was called to the scene to assist in the processing of the incident.
As a result, Yahn was arrested and charged with the aforementioned charges. He then had his charges read to him in the Town of Horseheads Court and was released to appear in court at a later date.
