(WHTM)-- Today marks the start of the third round of antlerless deer licenses in Pennsylvania.

According to the Pennsylvania Game Commission on Facebook, antlerless deer licenses are now available for Pennsylvania residents and nonresidents.

The third round begins at 8 a.m. on August 11. Hunters can purchase antlerless licenses in any remaining WMUs on a first-come, first-served basis. Today also marks the start of DMAP purchases.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission says hunters are responsible for having a DMAP unit number or a landowner coupon to purchase permits. They cost $10.97 for residents and $35.97 for nonresidents.

Licenses can be purchased online or in person.
