Also in the motion picture category, you will find academy award winning actress Shirley Jones, from Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Alongside her is Edinboro graduate Sharon Stone, known for her roles in films Basic Instinct and Casino.
On air, the voice of Philadelphia native Patti Labelle is widely recognized. She received her star in 1992. Other featured recording artists from PA include P!NK, Billie Holiday and Bill Haley.
