Shooting suspect released, homicide charges dropped
BLOOMSBURG, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A suspect in a weekend shooting in Bloomsburg earlier this month is now out on bail. 19-year-old Samuel Evans is accused of shooting a 16-year-old boy on November 2. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Evans is no longer charged with attempted criminal homicide.
