On Monday, April 25, a PennDOT bridge crew in Columbia County will begin a bridge replacement project on Route 4008 (Back Branch Road) in Mount Pleasant Township. BLOOMSBURG — A drunken stranger barged into a Lightstreet Road apartment during the annual Block Party Saturday and went on a rampage that ended when a resident blinded him with pepper spray, charges say.
