Scranton police announce road closures ahead of race
SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Travelers should expect some traffic delays in Scranton on Sunday for the race. Certain roads will be closed and restricted in Green Ridge, Pine Brook, Center City, Cedar Avenue, North Washington Avenue, and near Scranton High. Heavy pedestrian traffic is expected on some roads, and vehicles will be prohibited.
