Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE:
A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Montour, Northumberland, Perry and Schuylkill.
WHEN:
Through late tonight.
IMPACTS:
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Periods of heavy rain with rates between 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible into early evening. Localized rainfall totals up to 2 inches are possible. This may result in flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
