Ex-sheriff and wife sue county for negligence in death of child

SUNBURY — The death of the daughter of former Northumberland County Sheriff Chad Reiner and his wife Stephanie is a result of negligence the couple claims in a lawsuit filed against Northumberland County officials and an ambulance company.
