Route 147 entrance ramp reopens near Milton

MILTON — Motorists are advised that the Route 147 southbound entrance ramp from Route 254 is closed in Turbot Township, Northumberland County, due to a vehicle crash. A detour using local roads is in place, the state Department of Transportation reports.
