Bill targeting distracted drivers passes, moves to governor’s office

HARRISBURG — It was a winding path for a legislative proposal to crack down on distracted driving but this week, the Pennsylvania General Assembly finalized a bill intended to encourage motorists to focus on the road and not their phones.
