Mount Carmel Spring Fling grows in its second year

MOUNT CARMEL — For the second year in a row, the Mount Carmel Area Community Center is once again at the helm of the increasingly popular Spring Fling event in downtown Mount Carmel, and the public is invited to check out the numerous vendors, food trucks, entertainment, games, and more that the day will offer.
