Police: Woman charged with theft by deception in White Deer Township

WHITE DEER TOWNSHIP — A Delaware County woman allegedly filed a falsified use dispute for a pre-paid credit card, resulting in a charge back and depriving the victim of $2,000, according to state police at Milton.
