Shikellamy Education Association criticizes district's contract negotiation tactics, says strike is still set for Sept. 27

SUNBURY — Officials from the Shikellamy Education Association say the school district’s attorney and school board are being unprofessional in contract negotiations, and there has been little movement between the two parties as a strike looms on Sept. 27.
