Coal Township agrees to pay back $290,000 to Northumberland County for legal fees

COAL TOWNSHIP — Northumberland County Commissioners will decide whether to accept a proposal of $290,000 being offered by Coal Township Commissioners after a judge ruled the township owed the county the money from disputed permit fees.
