European band The Cinelli Brothers to make Williamsport debut

Blues and soul music travels overseas from the U.K. as the Billtown Blues Association presents The Cinelli Brothers on Sept. 21, with two shows at 6 and 9 p.m., at The Side Bar, 345 Market St., Williamsport. Opening for the band will be regional favorites, The Cadillac Cats.
