Pa. bill proposal would add offense for sports officials, volunteers to Megan's Law registry

HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania lawmakers moved a bill through a Senate committee Tuesday that would ensure youth sports officials and other types of mentors and volunteers convicted of sexually abusing children are included in the Megan’s Law registry.
