Flood victims encouraged to apply for federal financial aid

LEWISBURG — Residents of Union County affected by Tropical Storm Debby are encouraged to apply immediately for financial aid through the Federal Emergency Management Agency Individual Assistance program or the U.S. Small Business Administration.
