Murder charges headed to Northumberland County Court

SUNBURY — Murder charges against two men police say were involved in an Aug. 15 shooting outside the Northumberland County Courthouse advanced to county court Tuesday after a nearly five-hour preliminary hearing a defense attorney called a “travesty of justice.”
