Pa. Senate approves juvenile justice reforms including enhanced records expungement

HARRISBURG — Reforms recommended by Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Justice Task Force passed through the state Senate that if implemented would enhance oversight of juvenile offenders and hasten the expungement of criminal records.
