Pa. Senate moves to repeal Wolf-era cap-and-trade regs

HARRISBURG — Republicans in the Pennsylvania Senate carried a vote Tuesday to repeal Wolf Administration-era regulations establishing terms of the commonwealth’s participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
