Contests ask artists of all ages to find inspiration in Selinsgrove

SELINSGROVE — A painting of pagodas or pyramids can be awe-inspiring, but somehow a painting of a familiar downtown location seen through the eyes of an artist can touch a special place in people’s hearts.
