Charges: Two inmates make toothbrush into weapon at Union County Jail

LEWISBURG — An accused shooter and a fellow inmate worked together to sharpen a toothbrush into a weapon while incarcerated at Union County Jail in August, according to Buffalo Valley Regional Police Department.
