UPDATE: Snyder County sewer pipe replacement scheduled, additional spill possible

SELINSGROVE — More raw sewage could be spilled into the Susquehanna River during this week’s replacement of a broken pipe at the Eastern Snyder County Regional Authority (ESCRA) treatment plant in Penn Township.
