Police: Mifflinburg man charged with DUI after damaging Buffalo Valley Rail Trail

MIFFLINBURG — A Mifflinburg driver under the influence of alcohol and marijuana caused $5,000 worth of damage when he drove onto the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail in Mifflinburg, struck wooden fencing and several traffic barriers, and fled the scene, according to Mifflinburg Police Department.
