Northumberland County DA O'Donnell speaks about office, plans for future

SUNBURY — Northumberland County District Attorney Michael O’Donnell says he will continue to be tough on crime, initiate new programs and work to clear a backlog of cases from his office, despite a number of high-profile cases on the docket.
