Pa. Senate preps for 'rare' testimony of cabinet official after Supreme Court rejects appeal

HARRISBURG — A Shapiro administration official again saw his legal efforts rejected, this time in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, to prevent him from turning over disputed tax records and testifying before the state Senate.
