Pa. revenue secretary maintains law prevents disclosure of tax records sought by Senate GOP

HARRISBURG — State Revenue Secretary Patrick Browne agreed Tuesday to provide suggested language to amend the Fiscal Code, allowing the release of disputed tax records sought by Republicans in the Senate.
