State, national GOP seek halt to Pa. court order on provisional ballots

HARRISBURG — State and national Republicans indicated they will petition the U.S. Supreme Court concerning this week’s ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that mandates all counties accept provisional ballots when a mail-in ballot has been rejected due to voter error.
