Police: Man high on meth, mushrooms kicked state trooper in Union County

HARTLEY TOWNSHIP — A Franklin County man high on methamphetamine and mushrooms accosted a Hartley Township woman and then kicked a state trooper who was attempting to take him into custody Monday, according to state police at Milton.
