Josh Shapiro made a pair of appearances on Pennsylvania news radio Monday morning in which he spoke about investing in Pittsburgh’s downtown, appealing to independent voters in the presidential election and controversial remarks made by a comedian at a weekend rally in support of Republican nominee Donald Trump.
