Man charged in mink release case ask judge to modify bail

SUNBURY — A Massachusetts man accused of releasing 683 mink is asking a judge to reconsider the $150,000 cash bail plus the added conditions forcing him to stay in Pennsylvania if bail is posted, according to court documents.
