Republicans ask Pa. Supreme Court to reject ruling on mail ballots

HARRISBURG — State and national Republicans on Thursday turned to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to halt an appellate court’s ruling this week that the hand-dating rule for mail-ballot return envelopes is unconstitutional.
