Defense lawyers ask judge to toss charges tied to Aug. 15 homicide in Sunbury

SUNBURY — A Luzerne County man and a Sunbury man will appear in front of a Northumberland County judge on Dec. 19 in an attempt to have homicide charges dismissed stemming from an August shooting.
