Exceptional Rodeo gives children with special needs a chance to shine in the arena

Once a year, kids with special needs get a chance to hit the arena and practice their rodeo skills in Pennsylvania’s capital. Around 90 participants attended the Exceptional Rodeo at the PA Farm Show Thursday.
