LEWISBURG — A Bucknell University student athlete named last month to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches’ All American Honorable Mention list is facing criminal charges after he struck a woman with his car in a campus parking lot and left the scene without rendering aid, according to Bucknell University Public Safety.
