WATSONTOWN — As Northumberland County commissioners ponder a possible switch to a cooperative joint agreement with Schuylkill County, Warrior Run Fire Department Chief Doug Funk at Monday night’s borough council meeting made a case for staying with their current Union-Snyder 911 dispatch center.
