HARRISBURG — Members of a Pennsylvania Senate committee voted unanimously to advance a bill proposing to criminalize deep fake digital forgery but warned a provision in the federal One Big Beautiful Bill Act would negate any state regulations to protect against crime using artificial intelligence.
