STATE COLLEGE — The near-round-the-clock work on the west side of Beaver Stadium will be winding down over the next few weeks when tens of thousands of college football fans return to Happy Valley for four home football games in five weeks, starting with the Nittany Lions’ Aug. 30 opener against Nevada.
