SHAMOKIN DAM — Vietnam Veteran Jack Minnier, of Shamokin Dam, a former adjutant of the Sunbury American Legion Post 201, quite by accident, while cleaning out a storage unit in the legion building a few years ago, discovered a box that contained a scrapbook of 100-year-old World War I newspaper clippings.
