Authorities say gunfire erupted during outdoor festivities at Pennsylvania’s Lincoln University, killing one person and wounding six others. The shooting took place late Saturday as students and alumni celebrated homecoming at the historically Black university, about an hour's drive southwest of Philadelphia. Authorities say it was a chaotic scene as people fled in all directions. The Chester County district attorney says one person who had a firearm was detained. He says investigators are operating under the “strong belief” that there was more than one shooter but don't believe there's any active threat to the campus. The victim was identified as 25-year-old Jujuan Jeffers, of Wilmington, Delaware.
