LEWISBURG — The Lewisburg Children’s Museum received a $20,000 donation from Gold Bond Building Products as part of the National Gypsum Company’s Building Products for a Better Future initiative.This contribution from the New Columbia organization was made in celebration of Giving Tuesday, a global day dedicated to philanthropy and community support.The Building Products for a Better Future initiative focuses on supporting organizations that provide science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) learning opportunities in the communities where National Gypsum Company associates live and work. Gold Bond Building Products selected the museum as a 2025 Giving Tuesday recipient in recognition of the museum’s ongoing commitment to inspiring young learners through hands-on STEM exploration.“We are incredibly grateful for this remarkable gift,” Mary Beth Harris, executive director of the museum, said. “STEM education is at the heart of so many of our programs, exhibits and learning experiences.
