PHILADELPHIA — A former emergency room nurse at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg allegedly immersed himself in a world of child sexual exploitation on an online forum and promised to provide sterile needles from the health care system’s supply to the group’s founders, who were active drug users, according to the FBI and federal prosecutors.
