Sunbury to pay state $40,000 after error

SUNBURY — The city of Sunbury owes roughly $40,000 to the commonwealth after a mistake in calculations in state aid for non-uniformed employees was noticed during a recent state audit conducted by the office of Auditor General Tim DeFoor.
